PAYMENTS TERMS:
1- Payment is made in two steps:
⇒ 50 % on first booking.
⇒ 50 % before November 15th 2023
⇒ Any regulations not reached before this date give the organizer the right to dispose of the booked area.
2- Payment is made on the order of the WTCA, either by cheque or by transfer to the following bank account:

3: Cancellation:
In case of cancellation by the exhibitor:
⇒ Before November 15th, the organizer will refund 50% of the amounts paid,
⇒ After this date no refund will be made.
The exhibitor may not assign to a third party the rights he holds on his reservation except by written agreement of the organizer
